2020 Ticket Process

CIGARfest 2020 will feature plenty of new items and features that are sure to keep even the most grizzled Cfest vet grinning from ear to ear. New featured cigar manufacturers, new events, new swag, new prizes to win, new releases that you’ll get to try first. But the most important new feature of all: there is a new way to buy tickets for CIGARfest 2020.

Let me repeat that for those who glossed over it.
There is a new process to buy tickets for CIGARfest 2020.

Tickets for CIGARfest 2020 will be sold through Eventbrite. Before we get into the nitty gritty, here’s an overview of the process.

  1. Register for an account on Eventbrite ASAP. This is 100% free to do. Rest assured, you won’t be bombarded with lots of junk mail in your inbox.
  2. Pre-load your contact information into the Eventbrite system. This is not mandatory, but highly recommended. You will not be able to save your payment information until you purchase tickets through Eventbrite.
  3. On February 1st, select your preferred day and entry time from the links below. Look for tickets to become available at 2pm EST.
  4. Purchase your tickets. Tickets are limited to 4 (four) per person. This is also where you’ll purchase any shirts, hats, and upgrade event tickets you’re interested in.
  5. Your tickets will be digitally delivered to your registered email address within 24 hours of your purchase.
  6. Save these to your Apple Wallet, to your phone, screenshot them, print them out and staple them to your forehead… do whatever you need to do to avoid losing, deleting, or forgetting your tickets because tickets are 100% required at the door for entry.
  7. Stare longingly at your calendar for a few months in anticipation.
  8. Show up to Split Rock, PA and indulge in absolute cigar nirvana.

Tickets will also be available at both Pennsylvania Cigars International Super-Store locations (in Bethlehem PA, and Hamburg, PA) on the morning of
February 1st. But get there early! Tickets are limited, and there are always lines around the store by the time we open.

Here’s a little 411 on some of the new details below.

  • Where to Buy Tickets: You can buy your tickets on February 1st at 2pm EST through Eventbrite. Tickets will also be available at both Pennsylvania Cigars International Super-Store locations (in Bethlehem PA, and Hamburg, PA) on the morning of February 1st. But get there early! Tickets are limited, and there are always lines around the store by the time we open.
  • How to Get Shirts, Hats, or Upgrade Event Tickets: These are also available through Eventbrite. Easy peasy.
  • Why Should I Create an Eventbrite Account: Signing up for an Eventbrite account beforehand will not guarantee you get a ticket, but it’ll make it a helluva lot easier. You’ll be required to create an account before checking out – taking care of this before the day tickets go on sale will save you a step and expedite the process.
  • Returns/Transfers: Stuff happens. We get that. If you need to transfer your tickets to your buddy, or you need to cancel your trip for extenuating circumstances, you can do this through Eventbrite. Returns and transfers will be open until February 29th, 2020, at 11:59pm EST. Once that time comes, no further refunds or transfers will be permitted.
  • Tickets at the Door: You need your tickets at the door. For real. No exceptions. They can be digital or printed, but if we can’t scan them, we can’t let you in. So, make sure you have your phone and make sure it is charged.
