Why was the event canceled?

Simply put, the uncertainty of our times. Health and safety guidance has been and will continue to be a moving target. So, with an abundance of caution we felt it was the right thing to do for our vendors, supplier, employees and most importantly, you, our customers.

Will my ticket be canceled and refunded?

Tickets will be refunded in full. As you know we are using the ticketing platform Eventbrite. The refund processing has started and can take a few days to complete. All refunds will be processed by the end of August.

Will there be an event in 2022?

We sure hope so. We will continue to closely monitor this situation and be sure to inform CI Nation of any updates.

What if I paid Cash at the store for my tickets?

All cash purchases will be refunded by check. Your name, address information and the amount of your purchase will be submitted to our Accounting department and a check will be mailed to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund.

The credit card I used is no longer valid. How will I receive my refund?

If you still have an account with the card issuing bank, you will still receive the refund even though the original card is no longer valid.

If you are no longer a customer of the card issuing bank, you’ll need to contact them and let them know that a refund to invalid card has been processed. They’ll be able to send you check of the refund amount.

Will I receive a refund for the (extra events)?

Will the ‘goods’ be made available for purchase?

Yes, there will be an announcement coming shortly on how you can obtain the 2021 event goods. As a ticket purchaser, you’ll be first to contact.

What if my form of payment is no longer valid?

Someone from our Customer Service team will be in touch to update your payment information.

Will my flight and/or hotel reservations be refunded, including deposit fees?

Unfortunately, we cannot speak for those services. We strongly recommend and encourage contacting your hotel and/or airline company and they will work with you to resolve this matter.

What originally started as a small customer appreciation event has now grown into the largest consumer cigar event in the country! Each year, 6,000 of CI Nation’s biggest enthusiasts descend upon Split Rock, PA, for a weekend of debauchery, shenanigans, and of course, great cigars. With all of the industry’s best and brightest in attendance, you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice by not joining the party.

Entering its 18th year, CIGARfest is an absolute blast and a must-attend event for anyone who’s ever enjoyed a cigar. And it ain’t just for fun – throughout the nearly two decades of CIGARfest’s reign, we’ve raised tens of thousands of dollars to benefit the charitable groups Cigars for Warriors (a group that helps supply cigars to vets and military personnel actively deployed) and LifePath (a service group dedicated to people needing specialized support).
